The Holcomb Police Deparment is the Kansas Highway Patrol's designee for Finney County to conduct VIN Inspections.
The Holcomb Police Department conducts inspections at the Holcomb Police Department during regular business hours. Inspections will not be conducted on holidays on which the city offices are closed for business. The inspections are completed on a first-come/first-served basis and usually only take a few minutes to complete.
