City Administrator


 

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Mayor, the City Administrator is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of all City operations and implementing policy as established by the City Council.

 

General Duties

-    This position is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of all City operations and implementing policy as established by the City Council.

 

-    Work performed under the general direction of the City Council who establishes policies and ordinances which the City Administrator implements and administers.

 

-    Responsible for direct supervision of City Clerk, Deputy Clerk, City Superintendent, and Chief of Police.

 

-    Direct supervision of Maintenance employees is delegated to City Superintendent.

 

-    Direct supervision of Police Officers is delegated to the Chief of Police.
